Good friends are indeed around us
Each day as we go about
Walking pass each other
Catching each others eyes
As we gaze on each other
We meet them in the shopping mail, lecture halls etc

They are indeed everywhere
But we fail to notice them
That the worth of friendship
Can be measured until they are gone from us
Our friends are so dear to us
The best of all…

The best of friends comes to mind
In times we are lost, not in time past
But in our present time
We can never measure
The worth of the best of friends we have
Until they are gone from us

A good friend
Is someone who will be there for you
When you’re week
Someone who will help you
Someone you can learn from
Someone who fears God

Who never down grade you
Who never disagree with you?
Who never embarrass you
Who acknowledge your presence
Who respect and adores you
The worth of friendship

Be open to your friend
Always seek his progress
Never blackmail him
Help him to overcome his weakness
Be a light and encourage him
Help him to get closer to God
